Obituary - Wilhelmine von Eick
23rd May 1871--after a long and protracted illness, Wilhelmine Holzbach, in the 60th year of her age.
Hope bids the storms of life to cease,
The troubled breast to calm.
And in the wounded heart she pours
Religious healing balm.
She bids the anguished heart rejoice,
Though earthly ties are riven;
We still may hope to meet again.
To meet again in Heaven.
Her funeral will take place from the German Evangelical Lutheran Bethlehem Church, 6th Street, above Clay, this afternoon at 3 o'clock. The children and grandchildren of the deceased. Baltimore papers please copy.
