Accident at Rulo - The eighteen year old son of George Adams while out hunting on Thursday met with an accident which may prove fatal. The young man while attempting to throw a stick into some brush, in some unaccountable manner came in contact with the trigger causing the gun to explode and the charge struck the young man on the forehead, and inflicted an ugly wound. Dr. Shepperd was immediately called and every attention given him. Latest reports say that he is resting as easily as could be expected.

Ira, the 16 year old son of George Adams and wife, of Rulo, Neb., was out squirrel hunting, Friday, September 24th, and his rifle accidentally discharged, striking Ira over the left eye. The ball glanced, cutting a deep wound about 2 inches long and 1 ½ inches wide.

Guy Adams was born Jan. 11, 1887, died Dec. 24, 1903, at the home of his father three miles south of Fortescue, Mo.Funeral services were conducted by writer from text Job 14:14, after which the remains were laid to rest in the Tarkio cemetery to await the coming of the Lord.
