Phebe was born at Westerly, Washington Co., Rhode Island 27 August 1813; died at Blandford, Hampden Co., Massachusetts, 11 June 1890 of apoplexy; buried there at Hill Cemetery [Everett H. Phebe probably removed with her parents to Connecticut by 1815 and to Massachusetts by 1830.

Phebe married at Ludlow, Hampden Co., Massachusetts, 3 August 1834 Henry S. COOK [Brian Pendleton and His Descendants; p. 304].

Phebe resided at Blandford, Hampden Co., Massachusetts, from 1850 until at least 1880 with several of her children and nephew Anthony SIZER, a farmer born in Massachusetts circa 1818 [1850 U.S. Census, entry 172/184; 1855 Massachusetts State Census, entry 183/192; 1860 U.S. Census, entry 195/201; 1865 Massachusetts State Census, entry 245/246; 1870 U.S. Census, entry 76/82; 1880 U.S. Census, entry 168/174, all on microfilm].

Levi SIZER, born in Massachusetts circa 1815, witnessed an affidavit by Eunice DUNBAR on 11 April 1855 in Hampden Co., Massachusetts. Luc SIZER appears on a note on correspondence dated 17 March 1845 regarding the Federal Pension Application made by Eunice DUNBAR, based on her husband's war service.
