Former Johnstown Man Dead
At Printers' Home, Brother
Learns
Giles R. Fonda, 2 Fon- Clair street,
received word yesterday of the death of
brother, Marshal Fonda, which oc-
curred at the International Typograph
Union Printers Home at Colorado Springs,
where he had made his home for the
past year.
Mr. Fonda was 66 years of age and
was born in Fonda, the son of John
Henry Fonda and Lydia Carroll. He
spent his younger days ln this city,;
The survivors are one daughter, Mrs.
Fred Grove of Troy; one brother, Giles
B. Fonda of this city, and two grandchildren.
No announcement of the
funeral has been made as yet.
