Her mother married Charles Edgar Robson about 1912, likely in California. On her Naturalization Declaration in 1920 she requested her surname be changed from Handcock to Robson. She married Alfred William "Billy" Johnson November 9th, 1925 at Santa Ana, Orange Co., California.
