The funeral of Mrs Wilson G Clark, who died in St Elizabeth hospital in Lafayette last week from a complication of diseases, was held at the home of her son, Joseph C Clark, at this place (Gladdens Corner) Wednesday afternoon and was largely attended. Rev Engalls, pastor of the Stockwell Methodist church, delivered the funeral sermon and was assisted in the services by Rev. Charles Campbell, of Clarks Hill. Mrs Arba Bush, of Stockwell, sang two beautiful selections. The floral tributes were many and beautiful and gave evidence of the high esteem that Mrs Clark was held by her many friends. Burial was made in the family lot in the Concord Cemetery.
