Surviving Veterans of the NY 115th Volunteer Infantry Regiment at 1888 Reunion Mayfield, NY Photo Library of Congress. This "Iron-Hearted Regiment," had men from Montgomery, Fulton, Saratoga and Hamilton Counties, commanded by Col Simeon Sammons.
