The funeral of EDWARD C. FOWLER of 90 Salisbury Street, will be held today at 2 pm at the Blue Hills Baptist Church. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery. (in Bloomfield)
Edward Fowler married Eleanor Loveland. They had two children; Phyllis and Russell. Edward and Eleanor share the Fowler monument with their daughter Phyllis and her husband Kenyon.
Edward Fowler has another memorial in Zion Hill Cemetery in Hartford. Apparently, Edward was interred there for 16 years before being moved to Mountain View Cemetery in Bloomfield. On April 4, 1945, Edward Fowler's widow, Eleanor Loveland Fowler, purchased a burial plot in Mountain View Cemetery in Bloomfield, and Edward was relocated there on April 14, 1945 with a new stone.
