William H. HIXENBAUGH
Died at his home in this city, September 19, 1897, W. H. Hixenbaugh, aged 66 years. He was born in Ohio, August 27, 1831, married and moved to Illinois, whee he united with the Christian Church. Moved to Iowa in 1878. He leaves a wife and seven children, all grown. Rev. Hunter conducted the funeral services at the ouse, Monday afternoon. Deceased was in a feeble condition for some time before his death, but always maintained a cheerful demeanor and died as he had lived in the faith of the Christian religion.
