Adeline was born in Los Banos and moved to Atwater as a young girl. She worked at Mercy Hospital as well as at Bloss Hospital. While working there she met and married Garland Austin and they settled in Atwater together.
They were blessed with their daughter Karen. Garland passed away in 1993 suddenly. Adeline enjoyed her daughter, Karen, her son-in-law Kevin, and her two grandchildren Morgan and Erich.
She had a great many interests and enjoyed family and friends very much.
