She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Shelbyville and a retired school teacher from the Shelbyville Independent Schools.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lamar Hundley, Sr. and daughter, Lucinda Stendera.
She is survived by: four sons, Lamar E. Hundley, Jr. of Shelbyville, Jim Hundley of Bloomfield,KY Howard Hundley of Shelbyville, and Harry Hundley of Shelbyville;12 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; two brothers, Howard Bright of Lexington,KY and James C. Bright of Atlanta, GA.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Saturday May 23, 2009 at the Shannon Funeral Home with Rev. Jay Hodge officiating. Burial will follow in Grove Hill Cemetery.
Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
