Mildred Fox, 1925 - 2011
Mildred M Fox, 86, of Columbia passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2011.
Funeral services will be at 10 am Tuesday, August 16, at Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Columbia Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 pm Monday, August 15, at the funeral home.
Mildred was born April 6, 1925, in Howard County to Warren Woodson and Amelia Jane Kanatzar Forsee.
She married Harold Fox, and he preceded her in death.
Mildred is survived by one son, Dean Ewings and his wife, Charlotte, of O'Fallon; two daughters, Penny McNear and her husband, David, of Columbia and Eunice George and her husband, Gary, of Hartsburg; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Larry Ewings; three brothers and two sisters.
Memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels of Columbia.
