Per her death certificate: she was a daughter of William Wright and Sarah L West and she was a widow at the time of her death. The name of her spouse is not given. She died at 2326 Taylor St., Columbia, SC of cerebral apoplexy due to hypertension. She was retired (profession not given). The informant was Mrs. H. B. Hammond.

Lynn, 2007, page 32: Sun., Feb. 22, 1880: Married in this city, on the 21st of February, 1880, by the Rev. A. W. Lamar, Mr. John H. Bollin to Miss Lillie W. Wright.

Found in The State 22 December 1925: Mrs. Lillian Wright Bollin, widow of John H. Bollin, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. H. Bland Hammond, on Taylor street yesterday about noon. The death of Mrs. Bollin came after an illness of about one week although she had been in poor health for some time. Before her marriage she was Miss Lillian Wright. She was 62 years of age and was born in Richmond, Va. Mrs. Bollin was one of the most prominent and widely known women in Columbia. She was always active in religious work and was a devoted member of Trinity Episcopal church. Her death has caused widespread sorrow in Columbia and wherever she was known. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. H. Bland Hammond; two sons, Alexander W. Bollin and John H. Bollin, all of Columbia, and one sister, Mrs. George W. Waring of Columbia. The following named grandchildren also survive, H. Bland Hammond, Jr., Lillian Wright Bollin, Mary Bruton Bollin and Alexander W. Bollin, Jr. Funeral services will be held at the home of Mrs. Hammond, 2326 Taylor street, this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock, conducted by the Rev. Henry D. Phillips, D. D., pastor of Trinity Episcopal church. Interment will be in Elmwood cemetery.
