40th Regiment Indiana Infantry
American Civil War Surgeon. Enlisted Feb. 16, 1862, as Assistant Surgeon. Promoted to Full Surgeon April 15, 1862. Discharged Dec. 21, 1865. Hurt at Battle of Shiloh in 1862.

Marriage: 28 Jun 1850 - Married on June 15th, Elias Benton Glick and Catherine Oyler both of Lithopolis.
