Aunt Ginia McCracken passed quietly away early Sunday morning after a lingering illness of several months. She was 86 years of age, and leaves two sons and four
daughters, only the sons and two daughters were with her at the last. She was the widow of the late Thomas McCracken, who passed on a few years ago. People are in the habit of saying good things about the dead and sometimes we may make it a little strong, but in speaking of Aunt Ginia, we have hardly known anyone more willing to help and befriend anyone she came in contact with. She loved the church and was always eager to help support it. Funeral was held at the home Monday and interment in the Sapp cemetery near her home.
