Randy Dale Crenshaw, 51, LaVergne, Tenn., formerly of Christian County, died at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2001, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, Tenn., of natural causes.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home, with the Rev. John R. Christian officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Friday until time for the service.
A native of Wayne, Mich., he was born Nov. 27, 1949, the son of the late Ernest Omega and Anna Mae Grace Crenshaw. He was a Vietnam War Marine veteran and received the Purple Heart. He was a truck driver for Bill Voorhees Truck Lines.
A daughter, Randi Lea-nne Crenshaw, Brentwood, Tenn., survives.
Memorials may be made to the Kentucky Organ Donors Association.
