Thelma Farrish Wynn, 95, of Petersburg, went to be with her Lord, March 2, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy W. Wynn, Sr., and her sister Evelyn Whitley. She was a lifetime member of Elm St. Baptist Church in Petersburg. She is survived by two sons, Roy Wynn, Jr. and wife Becky and Ronald Wynn and fiancée Betty Burgess; brother, Horace Farrish and wife Frances; four grandchildren, Bryan and wife Rhonda, Michael and wife Sarah, Brandon and wife Rachael, and Matthew Wynn; six great-grandchildren, Andrew, Emily, Christopher, Madison, Ashley, and Ian Wynn.. The family will receive friends from 2-4 pm, Sunday, March 4, 2012, at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. A graveside service will be held at 2pm Monday in Blandford Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Crater Community Hospice. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com.
