Olive "Ollie" Jane Truitt, 71, died at her home, Cedar Street, in Chillicothe, Illinois where she and her husband had resided for many years. Born September 13, 1864 to James and Sarah Williams Waller, she married John Aaron Truitt on February 28, 1885, in Chillicothe, Illinois.
This obit has been kept in my Truitt family for many years and handed down to me, Cathi Truitt Steffens, one of the Great Granddaughters, for preservation within our direct line of the Truitt family. Both my father, John, and Uncle Charles Truitt, shared the clipping of the Grandparents with me. It was published I believe in the Peoria and Chillicothe, IL newspapers as the clipping was merely cut out and entrusted to me for our descendants.
WITH SPECIAL THANKS TO JOHN T. TRUITT and my UNCLE CHARLES TRUITT
