1220 Monmouth St., died Thursday in a
local nursing home.
A native of Iowa, he moved to Otis in
1950 and operated the Otis Cafe until
1963 when he moved here. He operated the
Gay Nineties Rest Home during the 1960's.
He was a member of the Seventh-day
Adventist church and Elks Lodge.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at
Parmenter mortuary with Rev. Lester
Writer officiating. Interment will be
at Restlawn Mausoleum, Salem.
