Dies At Age 77;

Charles Everett Brewer. 77, of Mt. Vernon, died at 5:50 a. m. Monday at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p. m. Wednesday at the Richardson Chapel in Wayne City. Burial will be in the Bailey cemetery north of Wayne Gty.
The body will lie in state at the Richardson Chapel in Wayne City, where friends may call after 6:00 p.m. today. Mr. Brewer was bom May 11, 1890, in Wayne county, the son of Jacob and Salina (Gwin) Brewer.
Suivivors include two sons, Nelson Brewer of Streator, Ill., and Arthur Brewer of Wilmington, Del.; two daughters, Mrs. Hazel McCord of Paw Paw, Ill., and Mrs. Carol Woody of Ottawa, lU.; one brother, Orville Brewer of Paw Paw, Ill.; one sister, Mrs. Eita Burkett of Wayne City; 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
