Mrs. Lorn (Hazel) Michel

Mrs. Lorn (Hazel) Michel, 68, of Glenmont died Tuesday morning, at the Pomerene Memorial Hospital. She was born September 3, 1890, near Welcome, the daughter of Desylvia and Ada E. Brink Allison. She was married to Lorn E. Michel in 1910. She was a member of the Evangelical and Reformed Church of Glenmont and of the Women's Guild of the church. Besides her husband, she leaves two daughters, Mrs. Robert Allison of Glenmont and Mrs. Byron Bickel of Warsaw; two sons, Arthur of Big Prairie and Wallace of Clark; three brothers, Ernie, Guy and Payne Allison, all of Millersburg; four sisters, Mrs. Robert Damon of Millersburg, Mrs. Ralph Christopher of Cleveland, Mrs. Jessie Johnson of Denver, Colo. and Mrs. Zora Castell of Nashville; eight grandchildren and four great - grandchildren. One brother and one sister preceded her in death. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Elliott - Hartline Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Sunnyside Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday afternoon and evening at the funeral home.
