Ralph W. Rosenbalm BLUFF CITY – Ralph W. Rosenbalm, age 71, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2003, at Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was the son of the late Dewey and Lizzie Chappell Rosenbalm and was a life-long resident of the Bristol area. Mr. Rosenbalm was the retired owner of R & H Food. Survivors include daughter, Frieda Jones and husband Eddie of Bristol Tennessee; sons, Ronnie Rosenbalm and wife Marilyn and Terry Rosenbalm and wife Regina, all of Bristol Tennessee; brothers, Monroe Rosenbalm of Bristol Virginia and Cecil Rosenbalm of Cockrenville, Pa.; sisters, Betty Hawkins and Mildred Nicholson, both of Bristol Virginia; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Vonda Smith. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2003, at 10:30 a.m. at Rooty Branch Cemetery, with Rev. Gary Rowlette officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at Weaver Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Bristol Cancer Society, 126 Johnson St., Bristol, Va.
