Nina, graduated from Belton high School 1941 and UT at Arlington major in history. She was a memober of the Bell co. Historical Commission since 1976, she served 4 yrs. as vice chairman. She was the 2nd docent of the Bell Co Museum and chairman of the Museum Committee Museum building, using "work release" crews from the Bell Co jail for all work except that which was required to be contracted. In addition to the renovation of the Museum her other activities with the Historical Commission were to serve as the first chairman of the Museum accessions committee, as a consultant to the first Museum board of Trustees and as an advisor during the beginning stages of the final renovation of the Museum. Nina was appointed to chair the formation of a Book Committee in which E A Limmer was elected Book chairman, To prepare a Bell County history which was published in 1988.
Nina was a member of numerous Heritage Societies in which she held local and state offices.
Awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the Bell Co Commissioner's 1988
Also she was cited in the Texas House of Representatives in May 1991. and presented a Certificate of Citation by the Chairman of the Texas Cutural and Historical Resources Committee, Sate Representative Ralph Wallace III.

She was wife to Harlan Morris Fuller and mother of 4 children; Anita Carole, Morris Marie, Harland M., Arthur Wayne.

She also wrote a book on the William Cabaniss of Texas & wife Lysanisa A.M.E. Sandifer. Privately Published 2000
