MALBON, Kathy (May) Born March 20, 1960, in Lynwood, Calif. Passed away February 10, 2012, in Reno, Nev. She grew up in the Antelope Valley and graduated from Quartz Hill High School in 1978. Kathy worked several years as a Thermal Protection Installer for Rockwell. Later in life, she worked part-time as a licensed Massage Therapist. Kathy was a dedicated Christian who loved her Lord and Savior, and was involved in several ministries. She was a proud, devoted and loving mother to her three girls. Kathy had a great sense of humor and always loved a good laugh! Kathy was a dearly loved, and loving Mother, Daughter, Sister and Aunt. She has joined her oldest daughter in heaven, Erica Faith, and is survived by her loving daughters Desiree and Mellissa, and her parents Jack and Anita May of Nevada, siblings Patricia Pierce, Jeff May, Jody May and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at 11 a.m., with Services at 1 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012, at Halley-Olsen-Murphy, Lancaster. Graveside service will follow at Lancaster District Cemetery.
