Willard lived in Texhoma, Texas for many years. He worked for Phillips Petroleum. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Texhoma and a veteran of WW2, having served with the Air Force in the Pacific theater.
Survivors include his wife, Rachel; two sons, Lt. Dale Adkins of West Germany and Darrel Adkins, a student at Panahndle State College in Goodwell, Okla.; two sisters, Mrs. Jim Whitney of Hinton, Okla., and Mrs. Evohn Peterson of Guymon; a brother, Lee Adkins of Guymon; and three grandchildren.
Casket Bearers: TM Yard, GG Hardesty, UK Logsdon, Lloyd Garrison, JM Hampton and Jerel Brooks. Pianist: Patty Elliott, Organist: Sherry Flanagan.
