Constance J. Stiever, 55, passed away Friday Jan. 28, 2011, at her home in Victorville, California. She was 55 years, 8 months, and 11 days of age.
A great and amazing woman lost her life after an eight-year battle of lung cancer. She was a wife, a mother, a grandmother and a sister. She will be missed very much.
She was born May 17, 1955, in Wells, Minnesota. The daughter of James John and Carolee LaVonne (Biesterfeld) Stenzel. She graduated from Winona Senior High, Class of 1973. On December 1, 1973 she was united in marriage to Paul J. Stiever in Winona, Minnesota. They had 37 wonderful years of marriage.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Stiever; children, Jerrid (Esmeralda) Stiever of Victorville, California, Scott Stiever of Laughlin, Nevada, and Jolene (Greg) Sheprow of Louisiana; grandchildren, Michael-Damien, Justin, Riley, Mason, and Jordan Joy born April 4th; siblings, Gerald Stenzel of Ocala, Fla., Patricia (Dennis) Swanson of Winona, Randall (Shelly) Stenzel of Lisbon, Iowa, Joan Stenzel of Winona and James M. (Virginia) Stenzel of Delavan, Minn.; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents; and sister-in-law, Debra Stenzel.
