According to Nellie's death certificate, she was a Christian Science Practitioner. Her death certificate also has 1882 as her birth year. Her mother died June 16, 1878. The 1900 Census has Nellie's birth as Sept. 1874. Nellie was first married to Thomas F. McCormack in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee on August 28, 1892. After his death(date unknown, before 1920) and their son, Thomas J. McCormack's death on April 21, 1916, Nellie moved to Los Angeles, California and married Harry Hjorth Swinnerton on September 19, 1918. Harry died in Contra Costa County, California.

Note: That is the correct spelling of Harry's middle name. It is believed that his ancestors were from Norway or Sweden. You will find both of Nellie's marriages, her on the 1900 census in Davidson County with first husband, Thomas and then the 1920 & 1930 Census in Los Angeles County with Harry. Harry's WWII registration comes up on familysearch.org when you type in his complete name. Nellie and Thomas' son Thomas Jefferson McCormack had some problems with Epilepsy and was confined to the Davidson County Asylum by 1910(see him on 1910 Census Davidson County) at age 14. He is listed as an "inmate" of the asylum. That is where he died six years later. See his death record and the other records mentioned at familysearch.org. See 1920 Census, Los Angeles County, CA: Harry H. Sevinerton; 1930 Census, Los Angeles County, CA: Harry H. Swinerton.
