Russell Clark Christen, 93, passed away on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 2013.
Born in Storrs (Spring Canyon) Utah to Ernest and Clara Seewer Jaggi. Married Dorothy Hansen on Oct. 15, 1941. Later sealed in the Los Angeles Temple on March 30, 1957. They had four children: Russell Harry (deceased), Kent Christian, Mary Laura, and Dan Lyle.
Served in the U.S. Army from Oct. 23, 1941 to Sept. 30, 1964, and was in both WWII and the Korean conflict. He married Delilah Anderson Hart on April 30, 1974.
Survived by wife Delilah; children - Kent (Karen), Nampa, ID; Laura Mulliner (Sam), Magna, UT; Dan (Kristinia), Boise, ID; stepchildren - Corey (Marina), Sacramento, CA; Randy (Michele) Salt Lake City, UT; 19 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Dec. 6, at 11 a.m. at the Millcreek 2nd Ward Chapel, 4220 South Jeannine Street (420 East). There will be a viewing one hour prior to the services. Interment, Provo City Cemetery.
