Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Pikes Peak Funeral Home, 3825 Airport Road. The funeral will be at noon Monday at Memorial Gardens Chapel, 3825 Airport Road, with the Rev. J.W. Johnson officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Watts was born April 3, 1938, in Colorado Springs to Ralph V. and Adalaide (Rieger) Watts Sr.
He is survived by a brother, Don of Ellicott, and a sister, Sylvia Tyson of Goldfield, Nev.
Mr. Watts had been a lifelong resident of Ellicott and attended the Ellicott Baptist Church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Ellicott Volunteer Fire Department, 24075 Colorado Highway 94, Ellicott 80808.
