Jack married Martha May 18, 1919. They had 4 children. They divorced in 1949.

Jack second married Mary Ida Capell in 1954 in Leon County, Fl. They were distant cousins, their common ancestor being Edward Capell 1738-1795. Edward is a third great grandfather to both of them. I do not know if they were aware of that or not.
