Died about 8 p.m. Saturday. She was 86, a native of Wilkinson, Mississippi, USA, and a resident of Crosby, Mississippi. Body at Brown Funeral Home with visiting 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. Monday. Services at 2 p.m. at the funeral home by the Rev. Bernard Waites. Burial in the Day Cemetery. Survived by three daughters, Mrs. M. E. McDaniel, Crosby, Mrs. Clyde Bradley, Woodville, and Mrs. Hazel Hughes, Baton Rouge; a son Woodrow Day, Crosby; nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
