Mr. Harvey Baines Frizzell, 81, of Rt. 1, Crockett, died Wednesday evening.
April 25, in the Houston County Hospital, after a short illness.
Mr. Frizzell was born in Houston County on Nov. 14, 1891, and had lived here for
his entire lifetime. A retired farmer, he was a member of the Church of Christ.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Friday in the Callaway Memorial Chapel,
with Mr. Tom Roberts of Fort Worth officiating.
Interment was in Evergreen Memorial Park in Crockett.
Pallbearers were Roy Turner, Harold Wolfe, Preston Bialock, Billy Arthur May,
Charles Frizzell and Paul Giles.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Ellen Beathard of Willis; sister-in-law, Mrs.
Joe Frizzell of Crockett; four nephews, Ernest and Joe Cecil Frizzell of
Crockett, Benford Frizzell of Kennard and Paul Frizzell of Houston; three
nieces, Mrs. Newel DeSmyter, Mrs. Nell Huff and Mrs. Jean Beard, all of
Crockett.
Callaway Funeral Home of Crockett was in charge of arrangements.
