Faye Alderson
SHERIDAN, WY. --- Faye Alderson, 91, who taught in Sheridan Junior High School for 25 years, died Saturday in Eventide Manor.
She was born in Union, West VA., a daughter of Walter and Nannie Alderson, who brought their family to the Birney, MT., area.
She graduated from High School in Miles City and from University of California at Berkeley, and did postgraduate work at University of Hawaii.
Miss Alderson had been superintendent of schools in both Rosebud and Big Horn Counties in Montana.
Survivors include a sister, Patty Eaton, and niece, Nancy Ferguson, both of Eaton's Ranch in Wolf, WY.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Custer County Cemetery in Miles City, MT., with Champion Funeral Home in charge.
