Mrs. Permelia E. Compo, 65, wife of
Clinton G. Compo of this village, died
Thursday night at 11 in the Carthage
hospital, where she had been a patient
for a month with diabetes and heart
disease.
Mrs. Compo was born April 8, 1874,
in Harrisville, a daughter of Solomon
and Allda Wood Luther. Surviving,
besides her husband, are cousins.
Funeral services were held in the
Church of Christ Sunday at 2 p. m.
Rev. W. C. Chapman, pastor, officiated
Burial was made In the Harrisville
cemetery.
