Ellyn K. Maxwell, 53, of Rowlett, Texas, died Sunday, March 20, 2005, in Dallas. She was born Dec. 14, 1951, to Gerald E. and Gertrude M. (Schafersman) Bentz, and graduated from Fremont Senior High School in 1970. She graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln and received her master's degree in Health Services Administration from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Ill. She was a member of Joy Lutheran Church in Rockwall, Texas, the Lakeside Civic Chorus, the Delta Zeta Sorority and Rockwall Council of the Arts. Survivors include: her husband, Bob Maxwell of Rowlett; a son, Rob Maxwell of Omaha; a daughter, Robin Wheatley of Bennett; six grandchildren, Ali, Alex, Riker, Anthony, Aubrey and Alana; a sister, Cindy (Mrs. Mike) Coffman of Fremont, a brother, Gregory M. (and wife, Nancy) Bentz of Overland Park, Kan.; and best friends, Russ and Donna Kelly. Her parents, G. E. "Jerry" and Trudy Bentz, preceded her in death.
