ROSE MARY TRACY, 85, passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2006 at Overton Park Health Care. She was a graduate of St. Agnes Academy and a Registered Nurse graduate of St. Elizabeth Hospital School of Nursing in Lafayette, Indiana. She retired from The Med in 1989 after 27 years where she was a 3-11 supervisor. Ms. Tracy is survived by her brother, Charles A. Tracy and his wife, Marie; nieces, Rose Marie Tracy and Mary Anne True; nephews, Charles Tracy, Jr., John Tracy and Paul Tracy; six great nieces, four great nephews, two great-great nieces, four great-great nephews and a dear friend, caregiver and guardian angel, Mary Bill Hall. A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, July 31, 2006 at St. Therese the Little Flower Catholic Church of Memphis with a visitation to be held 1 hour prior to mass at the church. The interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery of Memphis. In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorials be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 332 N. Rose Mary never married, and her older sister, Cleo V Alley (1906–1995) lived with her. Cleo and Rose Mary enjoyed traveling together and visited many places such as the North West Pacific, Canada, Alaska/Yukon, Artic's Point Barrow, and attended the Alley Family Reunion in Texas.

Family background:
Florence Kesterson (1881–1975) and John Benjamin Alley (1878–1956) were married 15 Jan 1902 in Saline County, Arkansas. There were three children from this marriage.
Claude Lee Alley (1902–1910) burial in unmarked grave Oakland Cemetery, Little Rock, Pulaski, Arkansas; Beulah M Alley (1905–1918) burial at Elmwood Cemetery, Fowler 6, space 1883; and Cleo V Alley (1906–1995) burial in Calvary Cemetery, Memphis, Tenessee

Florence Alley divorced and then married Charles Alva Tracy (1887–1943) March 13, 1916 in Memphis, Tennessee, bringing her two daughters with her. There were two additional children from this marriage.
