Stephen Anton Kluzak was born on February 26, 1926 on the family farm in Polk County, near Tabor, Minnesota, the son of Arthur and Anna (Sirek) Kluzak. He grew up and attended school in the Tabor Community.
He was united in marriage to Eunice Stella (Olson) Johnson on March 18, 1969 in Bemidji, Minnesota.
Steve passed away on March 30, 1985 in Bemidji, Minnesota.
Steve is survived by two brothers, Albert Kluzak and Alvin Kluzak; and one step-brother, LeRoy Swartz.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Frank Kluzak, Clarence Kluzak and Thomas Kluzak.
