MADISON - Funeral services for Mrs. Thomas Ray, 41, Madison, who died Sunday in a Norfolk hospital, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church at Madison. Rev. W. J. Oetting, pastor, will officiate.

Mrs. Erwin Kohtz will be the organist. Sacred numbers will be sung by the Trinity Lutheran school children and Mrs. Mary Porchaska.

Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers are Charles Donscheski, Earl Werth, Sheriff Burt Ray Jr. and Wilbur Nathan, all of Madison; Thomas Hendricks and E. J. Deklotz, Omaha.

The body will lie in state from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Resseguie Funeral Home.

La Verna Boysen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Boysen, was born July 15, 1919, in Green Garden precinct and died Sunday after a year's illness. She was baptized and confirmed in St. John's Lutheran Church, Green Garden. She later transferred her membership to Trinity Lutheran Church here.

She was graduated from Madison High School in 1937 and on Jan. 19, 1946, was married to Thomas Ray.

She is survived by her husband; one daughter, Linda; one son, Joe Allen; her mother, Mrs. Henry Boysen, Madison; two brothers, Edwin Boysen of Ericson, and Henry Boysen Jr. of Kansas City, Mo.; five sisters, Misses Lucile and Rosetta Boysen, Madison; Mrs. Eileen Hendricks and Mrs. Loraine Deklotz, Omaha, and Mrs. Aletha Nathan, Madison.

She was preceded in death by her father, November, 1948.
