He was a graduate of Wofford College. He served as an MP in the Army in WWI. Kenneth and Frances Richardson owned and operated the Richardson Theater in Seneca beginning in the late 1920's and the Oconee Theater in the 50's. They owned and operated the Seneca Journal newspaper for many years.
