James C. "Jim" Wright, 84, of Wake Village, Texas, died Wednesday, Sept. 8, 1999, at his home.
Mr. Wright was born Aug. 27, 1915, in Simms, Texas. He was retired from Lockheed Aircraft, a Protestant and a Navy veteran of World War II.
Survivors include two daughters, Jeanette Bryson of Illinois and Beverly Wilton of Maryland; one brother, Elbert Wright of Texarkana; four nieces and one nephew-in-law, Deborah Williams and Brenda and Kent Gillespie of Wake Village, Rebecca Ardeneaux of Canton, Texas, Regina Magee of Mesquite, Texas; one nephew and niece-in-law, Robert and Norma McDonald of Wills Point, Texas; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Don Babin officiating. Burial will be under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home.
The family will be at the Gillespie home, 316 Wake Village Road."
"J.C." & Lorraine had 2 daughters, Dr. Jeannette Bryson, Phd & Dr. Beverly Wilton, Phd. He also had to twin sons, David & Donald Wright whose last name was changed to Noble when his other wife remarried.
