Edith E. Andrews, 89, of Edina and formerly of Cass Lake, died June 29, 1991 at Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina. Funeral services were at St. Charles Catholic Church in Cass Lake. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Cass Lake.
Mrs. Andrews was born Dec. 27. 1901 at Callaway. She had lived in Cass Lake for 50 years before moving to Edina. She is survived by a son, George (Jewel) Andrews of Bloomington; two daughters, Darlene (Melvin) Staberg of Redby and Bernice Freeman of Richfield; 14 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband "Percy" and by a daughter, Minnie Stone. (Bemidji Pioneer June 30, 1991)
