Survived by two daughters, Rosemary Hammond and Mabel Latulip; a son, Bertly Sams; 10 grandchildren; and several great- and great-great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her husband, Virgil O. Sams.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at Lubeck United Methodist Church. Burial in Parkersburg Memorial Gardens. Visitation one hour prior to the services at the church. Arrangements by Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Parkersburg.
