I did a lot of searching on Lottie Joplin. All I could find is that in 1950 she had been living in a large spacious brownstone affair for a long long time. It was located on upper Manhattan's West 138th Street. She operated it as a theatrical boarding house, a residence for a long list of stars. Autographed photos and mementos were all over the place. Seems like a fitting way for her to spend her life.
