Mick, 74, of Milo, near Idaho Falls, a farmer, died Oct. 29, 1995, at ERIMC.
He was born June 28,1921, in Milo, to Melvin Robert and Florence Moore Jordan. He attended schools in the Milo area and graduated from Ucon High School. During World War 2, he served in the Navy for 2 years and was station in the Aleutian Islands.
On Feb. 19, 1946, he married Velma Call in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. He fartmed in the Milo area all his life. He served on the Farmers Friend Board of Directors and the Milo Cemetery Board of Directors.
He was a member of the LDS Church. He served as Cubmaster and Webelos Leader in the Milo Ward. He enjoyed horses and rode with the Jefferson County Sheiff's Posse. He liked fishing, hunting, and tending his dairy cows. He loverd his family and grand children.
Survivers include his wife of Milo; a daughter, Peggy (Tex) Winans of Carlsbad, NM.; two sons, Kent C (Marie) Jordan and Brad R (Laurie) Jordan both of Milo; 4 sisters, Gladys (Reid) Woolf of Provo, Utah, Ann (Don) Rolfe of Palisades, Shirley (Stan) Post of Las Vegas, Dallas (Harvey) Hatch of Idaho Falls; and 12 grandchildren. He was proceded in death by his parents, a sister and a brother.
