Louisa was living with her daughter and son-in-law Diana and Marcus Wagoner in the 1910 census. That is the basis of indicating that she died while living with them.
However, in some family notes from Charles Alcaraz, they indicate she died at her son - Samuel's home in Southampton Township, Somerset County, Pennsylvania.
I did not find a death record for her at the West Virginia State Archives online website, so both of the locations are indicated here until such time as some proof is found of her actual location of death.
