"Archie D. Burcaw, 83, 1913 25th Ave. W., Bradenton, died Saturday (Oct. 3, 1981) at the Grovemont Nursing Home. Born in Coshocton, Ohio, he came to this area 18 years ago from Brewster, Ohio. He was a retired railroad engineer and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Bradenton. He leaves his wife, Eldora B. Burcaw; a daughter, Mrs. Ann Bott, Bradenton; three sisters, Mrs. Essie Sinclair, North Canton, Ohio, Mrs. Grace Arnold of Canada, and Mrs. Hazel Dipple, Massillon, Ohio; two brothers, Charles Burcaw, Hattiesburg, Miss.; three grandsons and two great-grandsons. Services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Griffith-Cline Bradenton Chapel. Interment will be at Manasota Memorial Park, Oneco."
