Harry Hann, 63, of 1604 Keys Ave. died at 4:45 a.m. Wednesday at St. John's Hospital. He was born in Springfield, the son of Harry and Clara Leona Rhoads Hann and had been a Springfield resident most of his life. He married the Former Eulah Lanham. Mr. Hann was a member of the Illinois Police Association, the Police Benevolent Association, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and was a retired desk sergeant of the Springfield Police Department. He formerly worked in the detrective bureau and as a guard for Brinks, Inc. Armored Car Service. Surviving are his wife, Eulah; two daughters, Mrs. James (Geraldine) Kaut of Wilmington, Del. and Mrs. John (Judith) Thean of Park Forest; one sister, Mrs. Gene (Lucille) Kahl of Taylorville; four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Vancil Memorial Funeral Chapel with Rev. Herbert Crede officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.
