ANCHETA, Paula Elegado Born Jan. 26, 1921, in San Manuel Pangasinan, Philippines. Passed away Oct. 25, 2011, in Quartz Hill, Calif. She grew up in San Manuel Pangasinan, Philippines and obtained her education in Nueva Ecija and Lingayen, Pangasinan. Paula has lived in the Antelope Valley for 31 years. She was very proud that all her children graduated from college. She married Crescencio Apilado Ancheta on Jan. 23, 1943, in San Manuel Pangasinan, Philippines and she celebrated her 90th birthday and 68th wedding anniversary on January 29, 2011. She was blessed with 8 children, 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. She enjoyed singing with her children.
