Mary Jacqueline Levert Andolsek, 73, a longtime resident of Thibodaux, passed away at 1:25 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5, 2011 at her home in the company of family and friends.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to funeral time Friday at St. John Catholic Church. Religious services will be held at noon Friday at the church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Louis Andolsek Sr.; son, Louis "Andy" Andolsek Jr. and wife, Julie; daughter, Renee Andolsek Jennings and husband, Mickey; five grandchildren, Chris Clement, Ashton Andolsek Bonvillain and husband, Kevin, Chase Clement, Michael Andolsek and Clint Clement; and two extended grandchildren, Jacob and Joshua Jennings.

She was preceded in death by her parents, L.C. "DiDi" Levert Jr. and Winston "Bink" Levert; and son, Eric T. Andolsek.

She was a devoted wife and mother and was a parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
