Kenneth Albert Burnham of McMinnville passed away November 15, 2011 in his home. He was born September 17, 1923 in Platte, South Dakota. At the age of 8, Ken moved with his family to McMinnville, Oregon. Upon graduating from McMinnville High School, he enlisted in the Army and was in the Occupation of Germany during WWII. At the end of the war, he returned to McMinnville.

Ken settled and raised his family in Carlton. He worked at Portland Glove Co. in Carlton for 25 years, and then worked at Rex Mobile Homes in McMinnville until his retirement.

He was one of seven children born to the late Albert and Agnes Burnham. Ken was preceded in death by Lois, his wife of 51 years and a son, Larry. He is survived by sons Keith of Yamhill; Kenny Merle of Salem, Bruce of McMinnville, 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Ken loved hunting, fishing, enjoyed watching all sports and loved teasing his grandchildren. He enjoyed the company of good friends and keeping in touch with family far and near. He will be greatly missed.
